Dead or dangerous trees (Regulation 14)
Use this form to inform us that you are felling a dead or dangerous protected tree or removing branches to make it safe.
If the work is urgent and needed to remove an immediate risk of serious harm, you should keep any photos and documents that you have submitted to support your notification.
You will need to:
- login to your BCP Council account
- tell us the species of tree and how many trees there are
- tell us what defect you are reporting
- provide photographs giving an overall picture of the tree
- confirm the location of the tree and provide a site map
