Street works licence application
Use this form to apply for a Section 50 or Section 171 licence for street works.

• provide proof of approval for works to be undertaken
• provide proof of Street Works Accreditation (min of one supervisor and one operative - front and rear of cards)
• provide a copy of the waste carriers certificate
• provide proof of public liability insurance - minimum £10M

If you need a road closure you must apply for this first, we will require proof of a granted application as part of this application.
