Reusable nappy incentive application
Use this form to apply for an incentive under the reusable nappy incentive scheme.
You will need to:
- login to your BCP Council account
- provide proof of your residence in the BCP area
- provide a copy of the birth certificate or a maternity certificate (Mat B1)
- provide your bank details and proof of purchase if you are claiming cashback
