Report a property maintenance repair
Use this form if you are a BCP Homes tenant to request a non-emergency repair in your BCP Homes property. BCP Homes leaseholders can use this service to request communal and external repairs.
Do not use this service to request an emergency repair.
You will need to:
- login to your BCP Council account or provide your contact details
- provide the location and details of the issue
