Property disrepair complaint
 
Use this form to complain to us about a property disrepair issue. Before completing, you should contact your landlord or letting agent. Allow 14 days for a reply and a reasonable period of time to complete any work. We need to contact the landlord to investigate your complaint. 

You will need to:
 
  • login to your BCP Council account
  • provide details of the issue
  • tell us details of the tenancy and contact details for any agents and your landlord (found on your tenancy agreement).
