Alcohol sales personal licence
Use this form to apply for a personal licence.
You will need to:
- be logged in to your BCP Council account
- upload a copy of your licensing qualification
- upload proof of your right to work in the UK
- upload a passport style photo of yourself
- provide a DBS share code or upload a copy of your Basic DBS certificate dated within 1 month of your application.
- have a credit or payment card ready to make payment
