Alcohol sales personal licence - change of details
Use this form to change your name and address or request a replacement document for your personal licence to sell alcohol.
You will need to:
- be logged in to your BCP Council account
- upload a new passport style photo
- destroy your current licence and return your ID badge
- have a credit or payment card ready to make payment
