Use this form to order a replacement bin if yours is damaged, lost or stolen.
If the wheels on your bin are broken, we may be able to fix this free of charge. Any other damage will require a replacement.

You will need to:
- be logged in to your BCP Council account
- provide your address
- have a credit or debit card ready for payment
You may not need to pay if you are on certain income based benefits.
