Report a missed bin collection
Use this form to report a missed bin collection. You can only report a bin as missed the day after your scheduled collection day.
Do not use this form if your bin has a tag on it. We put a tag on bins that we are unable to empty, find out what to do with your waste if we have tagged your bin.
Please check your bin collection dates, and our missed bin updates page before starting your report.
You will need to:
- be logged into your BCP Council account
- provide the address of the missed bin collection
