If you live in a housing association property or a council home, use this form to apply for a mutual exchange.
Both households looking to swap homes will need to complete this form.
Do not use this form to request a mutual exchange if you have unpaid rent. We will not be able to give consent to move until the balance is paid in full.
You will need to:
- be logged in to your BCP Council account
- provide details of your current address
- tell us the type of property required
- provide details of everyone who will be moving
