Use this form to report any issues or repairs when you move into your BCP Homes council property.
Do not use this form to report a repair to your council home if you have been in your property longer than than three months. Request a property maintenance repair for a general repair to your council home.
You will need to:
- login to your BCP Council account
- provide your current address
- provide your tenancy start date and move in date
provide details of the condition of the property and report any issues or repairs
