HMO application
 
Use this form to apply for a new or renewal HMO licence. If you have more than one property that requires a licence, you will need to complete a separate application for each property.
 
The Council has a duty under the Housing Act 2004 to maintain a public register of all HMO licences this means that certain information including your address will be made available to the public.
 
Make sure you have all the required documents and payment information ready before you start. After a period of inactivity, the system may time out and you will need to restart.
 
You will need to:
 
  • be logged in to your BCP Council account
  • provide the HMO address
  • provide details about persons or companies with interest in the property
  • provide details about the HMO
  • have a credit or payment card to make payment
